Digital infrastructure specialist NCG has partnered with UK’s leading occupier experience platform, Locale, to allow commercial landlords to create smarter buildings that offer a seamless occupier experience.
NCG is a combined internet service provider (ISP) and master systems integration business providing both physical infrastructure and SaaS systems for commercial real estate. It has worked with major names like Aviva, Colliers and market-leading delivery aggregators, as well as providing tech solutions for rapidly expanding flexible workspace operators such as NewFlex and infinitSpace.
Locale’s software enables the real estate industry to streamline building operations and enhance occupier experiences. Locale currently serves over 80 million square feet of commercial, residential, and mixed-use property across the UK, with clients including The Shard, 110 Bishopsgate, BNP Paribas, MAPP, and Savills.
As part of the partnership, Locale will become NCG’s preferred partner for occupier experience solutions when it is working with commercial landlords outside of the flexible workspace market.
NCG’s expertise as an ISP and in integrating technology infrastructure will ensure there is a robust basis of physical connectivity that enables Locale’s technology to work seamlessly. Meanwhile, Locale’s cutting-edge occupier experience management software will enable landlords to provide occupiers with a streamlined, user-friendly, and accessible experience.
