The frenzy was sparked after Ranveer removed all his wedding pictures with Deepika from his Instagram account. However, the actor’s recent remarks about his wedding ring shed light on his sentiments towards his marriage.
During an event on Wednesday, Ranveer was asked about his most cherished pieces of jewellery. In response, he emphasized the personal and sentimental value attached to them, singling out his wedding ring as particularly precious. Speaking to Vogue, Ranveer expressed, “Personal, sentimental value attached to them are my favourite, most dear pieces,” before elaborating on the significance of his wedding ring. Describing it as one of his most beloved possessions, Ranveer revealed, “One of the rings that are very dear to me is this one — it’s my wedding ring, presented to me by my wife.”
Fans were quick to notice Ranveer’s move to archive all posts on his Instagram page before 2023, including the wedding pictures, making his oldest post now from January 24, 2023. The recent development added fuel to the speculation about the couple’s relationship status. Similarly, Deepika had also archived their wedding pictures on her Instagram account some time ago.
In a recent sighting, the soon-to-be parents were spotted at the Mumbai airport on May 8. Reports suggest that the couple returned from their babymoon, the details of which remain undisclosed. Ranveer and Deepika, who tied the knot in November 2018, are now eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child in September 2024.
