Kartik Aaryan is currently preparing for the release of his ambitious project, Chandu Champion, with Kabir Khan. Recently, the actor broke his silence on filmmaker Luv Ranjan casting Ranbir Kapoor in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar opposite Shraddha Kapoor. The movie was a commercial hit at the box office.
In an interview with Lallantop, Kartik Aaryan revealed that Luv Ranjan ‘informed’ him about Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. ”I think he had his own reasons to not cast me and it’s not necessary that all directors will make films with the same actor,” the actor said. He also added that they will have ‘fun’ whenever they collaborate in future.
Kartik Aaryan further added, ”We are extremely comfortable with each other. I feel we never really had our relationship affected by this. However, I am extremely possessive about my team.”
Kartik Aaryan made his acting debut with Luv Ranjan’s commercial hit, Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The duo went on to collaborate on many successful projects like Akaash Vani and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2. Although Kartik was not the main lead in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, he had a significant cameo in the movie that all the fans loved.
