Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are making headlines again, but this time it’s not for their couple goals. The power couple was spotted in Bandra on Wednesday closely monitoring the construction progress of their lavish new abode, ‘Krishna Raj’ bungalow.
Reports suggest that the duo is sparing no expense to turn their dream home into a reality, with estimates soaring over Rs 250 crore!
What’s even more intriguing is the buzz surrounding their daughter, Raha Kapoor. If rumors are to be believed, Ranbir and Alia plan to register the property in their little one’s name, potentially making her the youngest and wealthiest star kid in B-Town.

The bungalow, once owned by the legendary Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Kapoor, holds sentimental value for the Kapoor family, especially for Ranbir who reportedly inherited it. The construction has been in full swing for over a year as the entire Kapoor family plans on moving in soon. Citing a Bollywood Life report, News18 said that an insider disclosed the same, although none of the claims have been verified.
The source also told Bollywood Life that the under-construction Bungalow will be the most expensive one in Mumbai, rivalling Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
