Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has made a name for himself in the Hindi entertainment industry with his versatile performances and high-energy screen presence. Having stayed away from the limelight ever since announcing his daughter Dua Padukone Singh’s arrival, he recently left netizens nostalgic about the energy he possesses. His enthusiasm and playful charm left many speechless as he raped his iconic rap Apna Time Aayega from Gully Boy at a recent event.
Directed by Zoya Akhtar, Gully Boy (2019) also starred Alia Bhatt, Kalki Koechlin and Siddhanth Chaturvedi in pivotal roles. A video of his recent impromptu performance at a wedding function was posted on Instagram by Instant Bollywood. He is seen rapping the hit track, which was penned by DIVINE and Ankur Tewari and composed by Dub Sharma and DIVINE. As soon as he starts performing, lip-syncing to the song playing in the background, the audience starts hooting and cheering for him. Singh was seen dressed in a blue shirt, paired with a dark blue waistcoat and matching pants.

As soon as the video went viral, netizens rushed to the comment section of the post to gush about the 39-year-old actor’s charm. Amidst red heart and fire emojis, many showered him with love and admiration. He had reprised his iconic role of Simmba in the cop drama. He will be next seen in Aditya Dhar directorial Dhurandhar, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and R Madhavan. While the shoot for the same is underway, the makers are yet to officially announce a release date.

According to media reports, the film is set in a politically unstable India. The story unfolds during the golden era of the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW). He also has the highly anticipated Farhan Akhtar directorial Don 3. The shoot of the film is expected to begin sometime this year, or the next. While Kiara Advani was cast in the film as the leading lady, media reports suggest that Kriti Sanon will be replacing her. The film also stars Vikrant Massey in a lead role.
